Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your technical cycling apparel. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your request is processed efficiently.

• 3.
  Ship to Nice

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our workshop in Nice inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new size within 5-7 business days.
